<p>Т</p> <p><strong>Regulatory Affairs Manager – Ukraine </strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regulatory Affairs Manager to oversee and coordinate registration processes across Ukraine. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the agrochemical sector, directly contributing to the success of our projects and clients.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>- Manage and coordinate the preparation, submission, and follow-up of product registration dossiers. </p> <p>- Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals. </p> <p>- Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory frameworks relevant to the company's activities. </p> <p>- Develop and maintain registration timelines, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules. </p> <p>- Maintain accurate records of all registration documentation and correspondence. </p> <p>- Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal departments. </p> <p>- Ensure that all activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</strong></p> <p>- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Agronomy, or a related field. </p> <p>- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in regulatory affairs or a related industry (agrochemical, pharmaceutical, or similar). </p> <p>- Proven experience working with Ukrainian and CIS regulatory frameworks. </p> <p>- Strong communication and negotiation skills. </p> <p>- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2+) is required. </p> <p>- Highly self-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. </p> <p>- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</p> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <p>- Competitive salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience. </p> <p>- Annual performance-based bonus. </p> <p>- Opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment. </p> <p>- Professional growth and career development opportunities. </p> <p>- Supportive and collaborative team culture.</p> <p><br /></p>
